Análisis bibliométrico de seguridad alimentaria y hábitos de consumo

La presente investigación desarrolló un análisis bibliométrico en seguridad alimentaria y hábitos de consumo, a partir de 370 artículos indexados en Scopus (1990-2025) bajo los criterios de búsqueda en título (“food security” and “eating habits”). El estudio utilizó Bibliometrix y VOSviewer para caracterizar la producción científica en indicadores como: producción científica anual y por país, productividad por tipo de institución, artículos más citados, revistas con la mayoría de las publicaciones sobre seguridad alimentaria y hábitos de consumo, análisis de palabras clave y relación con el tema y finalmente las tendencias de investigación. Los resultados evidenciaron una tendencia creciente en el estudio del consumo del sector agrícola y el análisis envolvente de datos del índice de seguridad alimentaria mundial, con líneas de investigación centradas en el desarrollo sostenible, la reducción de la pobreza, el crecimiento económico, la autosuficiencia alimentaria y el rendimiento de los cultivos.
